    Emotional intelligence is one of the keys, I think, for our team members. We look at IQ for whatever we're doing, how smart we are, and how intelligent we are with how we go about doing things to be, let's say, like, 20% of it. And then the emotional intelligence to be, like, 80% of it.

    When my mind is cluttered, I'm just not as sharp. And when it's clear I can make decisions so much better so much faster I see it.
