Very, very hard to do that naturally, even if you were to take anabolic steroids. Here's the way I like to explain it, right? So besides watching the NBA or going to a professional basketball game, how many times in real life have you ever seen anyone that was 7ft tall, very infrequently? I bet you probably remembered it if you did, right? In your whole life, right? That's how rare it is to see someone that's that tall. Right? Because most people are somewhere in the middle. On one end of the extreme, you have dwarfism. On the other end of the extreme, you have people like 7ft tall, very, very rare. Okay. That also exists for muscle building ability. Effective Exercises

Effective muscle-building exercises often involve compound movements that engage multiple joints and muscle groups. recommends exercises like squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses for their efficiency and effectiveness. These movements not only build muscle but also enhance functional strength 5 6.

Turkish get Ups these movements are very good at integrating strength in multiplanes because what you train, you get good at, and what you don't train, you don't get good at. And so sometimes the problem that people run into with exercise is they do the same things over and over, which is better than nothing. And especially if you're doing compound lifts, you'll probably be okay, but if you're not rotating and doing dynamic movements, then you may start to lose the ability to do those. And so now I'm much tighter than I would be, I'd say, if I didn't do those things.

Focusing on these compound exercises can provide the most significant benefits for those looking to improve their overall fitness and health 5.
